Terms of Sale

  1. These terms of sale apply in the online store 1mobiil.ee (the “Consumer”) and MOBILIKAS OÜ (the “Online Store”) for the purchase of goods and services.
  2. In addition to these terms, the Law of Obligations Act, the Consumer Protection Act and other applicable legal acts of the Republic of Estonia govern the legal relationships arising from purchases made on the online site.
  3. The Online Store reserves the right to amend the terms of sale. These changes are published on 1mobiil.ee.

Pricing Information

  1. All prices in the online store include 24% VAT.
  2. For purchases (delivery in Estonia), transport costs will be added according to the shipping method selected by the Consumer.
  3. Prices are valid from the moment the order is completed until the expiration of the order validity period (24 hours after order completion).
  4. If an order is submitted before changes to the terms or prices, the terms applicable to the relationship between the Consumer and 1mobiil.ee are those in effect at the time of placing the order.
  5. The Online Store reserves the right to change the prices of goods and services. These changes are published on the website.

Delivery Terms

  1. Delivery time is 0–2 business days, maximum 5 business days.
  2. Purchases made on business days before 15:00 will be shipped the same day. Delivery time is the next day after dispatch. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be shipped within 2–3 business days. When the parcel arrives at the parcel terminal, you will receive an SMS. Enter this code in the terminal and collect your order. The parcel is stored in the parcel terminal for 7 days.

Placing an Order

  1. Add the desired products to the cart.
  2. To place an order, first click the “Checkout” link in the shopping cart.
  3. Then choose whether you want to log in as a registered customer (if this store supports it).
  4. On the checkout page, fill in the required fields, choose a suitable delivery method for your goods, and click “Pay”. An invoice will then be displayed, which can be paid via bank link (LHV, Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Coop, etc.) or other bank payment solutions. Detailed information on the total in euros including all applicable taxes and additional fees can be found on the confirmation screen after placing the order.
  5. You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Coop, LHV Bank), and PayPal.
  6. Complete the fields on the data confirmation and order confirmation page. The accuracy of the provided information affects the speed and reliability of order fulfillment, uninterrupted delivery, and the resolution of claims.
  7. Payment is made outside the 1mobiil.ee online store in a secure environment — via bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and by credit card in a secure environment. The seller has no access to the customer’s bank or card information.

Agreement and Payment

  1. The Online Store undertakes to deliver goods to the Consumer and transfer ownership of the goods, and the Consumer undertakes to pay the amount stated on the invoice for the goods and to accept the goods.
  2. Orders that are not paid will be canceled within 1 day of placing the order.
  3. The sales contract enters into force after the payment is received from the Consumer to the Online Store’s bank account.

Delivery

  1. After the sales contract enters into force, the online store prepares the order and hands it over to logistics partners.
  2. Delivery times listed on the online store website are valid from the moment payment is received on the online store’s bank account.
  3. To avoid delays, please provide correct and accurate delivery data when placing an order.
  4. The Online Store is not responsible for delivery delays if the goods are handed over to logistics partners on time, but delivery depends on circumstances beyond the control of 1mobiil.ee.
